Refund Policy — SCALAR Atelier

14-Day No-Questions Refund

If you're not satisfied with SCALAR Atelier, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked.

  • How to request: Email l0architect@scalar-inc.com with your order/license reference, or use the refund flow provided by our payment processor, Lemon Squeezy.
  • Processing: Refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy (our Merchant of Record) back to your original payment method. Processing time follows Lemon Squeezy's standard timelines (typically a few business days).
  • What happens to your license: Once a refund is issued, your SCALAR Atelier license is deactivated and the App will no longer run in licensed mode.
  • What happens to your data: We do not hold your data hostage. A refund does not delete or restrict access to conversations, files, or other content you've already created and stored locally on your own Mac (see our Privacy Policy — all of this data lives on your device, not on our servers, so a refund has no effect on it).

After 14 Days

Refund requests made after the 14-day window are reviewed on a case-by-case basis (for example, in the case of a verifiable defect that prevented normal use). Email us and we'll look at it in good faith — we just can't guarantee a refund outside the standard window.

Price Changes and Existing Purchases

If SCALAR Atelier's price changes after your purchase (for example, a future promotional or tiered price), your existing purchase and license are unaffected — you keep what you paid for at the price you paid.
